What a help request sends
If you submit a request, we receive your name, email, phone number if you request a call, the description you selected, the tool you used, and any context or calculator result you choose to include.
Why we use that information
We use it to review your request, reply in the way you selected, understand which planning topics are useful, protect the site, and maintain a record of the request. Sending a form does not create an advisory relationship.
Google Analytics, HubSpot, and cookies
If you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking. Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers such as _ga to measure page visits and anonymous activity events. HubSpot may place first-party identifiers, including hubspotutk, and process page, browser, device, referral, network, and form-submission information for analytics and contact attribution. We also measure whether visitors view a calculator result, open help, or send a request. Those activity records exclude calculator values, contact details, and question text. If you continue without analytics, neither analytics tracking script is loaded; a help request can still be submitted.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the site, store requests, protect the service, and manage contact records. They process information for those services under their own security and data-processing terms. We do not ask you to upload statements, tax returns, legal documents, passwords, Social Security numbers, or account numbers.
Your choices and requests
Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow or decline analytics. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information connected with a help request by submitting a new request labeled “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Retention and changes
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. This notice may change as the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date below identifies the current version.
